Terms of Service

Conmetior Connect generates and publishes Google Business Profile content for dental practices, manages review responses, monitors profile health, and backs up profile data. You need a Google Business Profile you are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the practice information you provide and for the content you approve. Generated posts and responses publish under your practice’s name; review them as your own marketing.

Our compliance engine checks generated content against common HIPAA, ADA advertising, and FDA guidance patterns. It is a safeguard, not legal advice, and it does not replace your own professional and legal obligations.

Never provide patient-identifying information to the service.

Plans start with a 30-day free trial. A payment card is required and your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Pricing is per location, billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Referral credits: one free month per referred practice that becomes a paying subscriber, up to six months total, applied to monthly plans only.

Do not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or violates Google’s policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability of Google’s APIs, which are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
